You must register for the classes in advance by filling out the registration form in Eepos here or by phone. Registration is valid throughout the academic year. After you register, we will send you the invoices via e-mail. You can pay your invoices either to the bank using the reference numbers found on the invoices or to our office with cash, debit card, credit card, Visa Electron or sports vouchers. There is a € 2 office fee on our invoices.
Your registration is valid for the whole academic year. You can cancel your participation in classes by writing to our office by the last change / cancellation date found on the “Prices and Periods” page (when paying with semester payment method by the last change / cancellation date of period 6). You can also make a written cancellation using the form on our website www.tanssikeskusfootlight.fi. Keep a copy of your cancellation. We do not accept cancellations by phone.
If you choose invoices periodically, you can cancel your participation in classes in the middle of the semester by writing to our office by the last change / cancellation date. You can find the last change / cancellation dates on the “Prices and Periods” page. When paying with the seasonal fee, participation cannot be canceled in the middle of the semester, but the spring semester can be canceled by the last change / cancellation date of period 6.
If you have registered for classes and have not canceled your booking, we will charge for the classes you have booked. Only absence from classes is not a cancellation. You can make class changes either using the form on our website or in writing to our office by the last change / cancellation date. The changes will take effect at the beginning of the next period.
We offer our students the opportunity to compensate for the student’s own absences. This is called a make-up class. You can make up your occasional absences at any dance class, but only in your own level group. To make up classes, you must be registered for at least one dance class with periodical or semester payment. If you have cancelled your registration, you do not have the right to make up classes. Keep track of your absences. You must register for the make up classes in advance via Eepos. Make up classes are personal.
The student participating in the lessons must have the equipment according to the instructions of our school and the training clothes suitable for each genre. You have to arrive on time for the class. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the start of the class so that you have time to change your training clothes and arrive at the classroom. If a student is late for class so that the warm-up session has been held or is already relatively long, the teacher can block the student from attending the class. The student can replace the lost hour with a catch-up class.
